Herbal Lunch with Cookology Culinary School

This is a cooking demonstration of light faire that will be served following the demonstration. The menu will feature Spanish tapas, seared shrimp with spicy tomato relish; goat cheese croquetas, and dates wrapped in crispy ham with balsamic reduction. This will be at the Dulles Town Center, 21100 Dulles Town Circle, Sterling, VA, 20166 (Located next to Macy's on the lower level), on Friday, November 5, noon to 2:00 p.m. Send a check to Kim for $75.00 for each person, and make the check payable to Kim Labash.
